Harvest Goddess / Winter Goddess
The Brief
Self-directed. A search for seasonal-goddess imagery turned up almost no African American representation, across both winter and harvest themes.
My Approach
I portrayed both the winter and harvest goddesses as African American women, researching seasonal iconography to keep each piece rooted in the tradition it draws from.
My Role
Full concept and illustration for both pieces.
Atlanta Braves — Ozzie Go Fish Card Deck
The Brief
Design a Go Fish card deck for kids.
My Approach
I illustrated each fish digitally by hand, developing a consistent fish style across the full deck so the set felt cohesive as a designed product, not just a series of individual graphics.
